A fresh company with deep roots

JoonJuice opened its new doors in 2018 after an ownership change that renamed the Joon Melange line to JoonJuice. Joon Melange had been in the San Diego market for several years and was selling kombucha in several local supermarkets. Since the ownership change and addition of new craftsmen, several new sensational “elixirs”  have been added to the line-up.



A kombucha culture is a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast (SCOBY), similar to mother of vinegar, containing one or more species each of bacteria and yeasts, which form a zoogleal ma known as a 'mother'.


Our organic Bai Mu Dan White Peony Tea is sourced from China's southeastern Jiangxi province and derived from the uppermost two leaves and a bud, harvested in early spring and withered and dried in the sun.
